Adding admins and authors to your library

Adding multiple authors or administrators can speed up your library growth.

For step-by-step instructions: 

  • Go to the Manage tab.
  • Click on the Libraries item in the left column. 
  • Select your library from the dropdown list. For library management, you will spend most of your time in this part of Kotobee Author.
  • Click on Admins in the left column, under Libraries. From this screen, you will be able to add other fellow co-workers using their serial number. 

If you give them an administrator permission level, they'll be able to control all aspects of the library, including its settings. 

An author permission allows the user to only upload ebooks to the library. They will not be able to edit and delete ebooks other than their own.
