Learn how to set how (or whether) your readers can export content.
- Click on the Manage tab.
The Manage screen will open.
Click on Libraries in the left panel.
Select your library from the drop-down list in the top bar.
Select Customize from the Libraries menu in the left panel.
Click on the Export tab.
- Follow the instructions below to Enable/Disable the features you want.
PDF save
Click Enable to allow your readers to export your ebook as a PDF.
If you allow saving as a PDF, you may also set the following:
- PDF save options allow your readers to change the PDF export options.
- PDF mode selects how your readers can export the PDF.
Image-based is faster to render, containing unselectable text.
Vector-based PDF is slower to render, containing selectable text.
Printing
This option allows readers to print chapters. It’s only available for web and desktop apps.
When you're done, save:
- Close all customization tabs.
- Click Save changes.
