Learn how to rearrange and delete images from an image gallery.

  1. Double click on the gallery or click the blue pencil button in the upper right corner of the gallery.
  2. The Insert/Edit Gallery window will open.
  3. All images will appear in the window, with three buttons to the right of each image:
    • To move an image toward the beginning of the gallery, click the up arrow.
    • To move an image toward the end of the gallery, click the down arrow.
    • To remove an image, click the - minus button.
  4. Click Create/Edit.
