Before we begin, make sure your library is private. 

  1. Click on the Manage tab.
    The Manage screen will open.
  2. Click on Libraries in the left panel.
  3. Select your library from the drop-down menu in the top bar.
  4. Select Users from the Libraries menu in the left panel.
  5. Enter your user's email address in the text bar (labeled user email) in the top right corner of the screen.
  6. Click +Add global user.
    The user will instantly appear in your user list below.
