It is very simple exporting to standard formats, as no extra information is required from you. Go to the export screen by clicking on Export in the header bar. In the left column, click on Export Standard Files. In the center panel you will see the different standard formats you can export to. If you are using Kotobee Author without a serial number, the creation buttons will read “Enter serial number..”. Click on it and follow instructions to register for a free serial number.

Once you have the required permissions, the buttons will turn to Create. Simply click on the button, and choose the appropriate filename and location for your file.

Note that not all standard formats would support interactive components added using Kotobee Author. Obvious examples are Word and PDF. Not so obvious examples are Mobi (Kindle's format). This is due to Kindle's lack of support for Javascript. We had hoped to have Kotobee ebook fully functional and interactive on Kindle apps and devices, but unfortunately, with Kindle's latest specification (KF8) this is not possible. According to Kindle's Publishing Guidelines:

"Kindle Format 8 supports most HTML 5.0 features, although the following HTML features are not fully  supported: forms, frames, and JavaScript."
