Solutions

Book doesn't exist.

The "Book doesn't exist" error message means that the URL typed in the browser URL bar is incorrect. To get the correct subdomain for your ebook, follow these steps:

  1. Open Kotobee Author.
  2. Click the Manage tab.
    The Manage screen will open.
  3. Click Hosted Ebooks from the left panel.
All your hosted ebooks will be listed in the main panel.
  4. Locate your ebook.
  5. The subdomain name is next to the pencil icon, as show in the screenshot below. The correct URL will be the subdomain name followed by ".kotobee.com". In this example,  your user should enter "egyptianmonuments-book.kotobee.com" in the web address bar.
