Learn how to add an author to your library. Authors can only upload books to the library. 

If you'd like a team member to have full privileges to make changes to the library, then provide them administrator privileges.

To add an author to your library, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the Share tab. The Permissions dialog box will open.
  2. Enter the team member's email address. To add multiple members, separate each email address with commas.
  3. From the permissions dropdown menu, select Can upload books.
  4. Hit Save.

If the team member is not an existing Kotobee user, a new account will be automatically created for him, and he'll receive a welcome email.
