1. Preparing Your Ebook for Publishing

Before you begin, make sure your ebook is ready for upload. Kotobee Books currently supports the following file formats:

EPUB
KPUB

2. Step-by-Step Publishing Process

Here’s how to publish your ebook on Kotobee Books:

Log in to your Kotobee Books account and go to your dashboard.
Click on the 'Add your first Ebook' button, or 'Add new ebook' if this is not your first ebook.
On the upload page, click on 'Choose file' to select your ebook file (EPUB, KPUB) from your computer. Or you can simply drag and drop it into the grey box.

4. Enter your ebook title, author name, language, category, description, and tags.

5. You have the option to make your ebook available for free or to charge a fee for it. If you wish to offer your ebook without charge, you should enter '0'. However, if you’d like to sell your ebook, you must then set its price by entering the desired amount in US dollars.

Kotobee Books offers 100% royalties for a limited time, meaning all revenue from sales goes directly to you!

Note that In case you’re selling your ebook then you need to set up a payment option to collect your royalties (profits from selling the ebook), to do that, click on 'Set up a payment option'. Check this support article to read more about collecting payments for your ebooks.

6. Upload a cover image for your ebook by clicking on the ‘Add cover’ button in the top left corner. Make sure that the dimensions for the image are 1600 x 2400 pixels with a minimum width of 1400 pixels (JPG/PNG)
