Kotobee Cloud consists of two subscription-based products: Hosted Ebooks, and Cloud Ebooks. The plans for each are shown below.
Hosted Ebook Plans
All Hosted Ebook plans offer the hosting of ebooks on the cloud with a limit of 150MB/book.

Kotobee free licenses come with a 30-day free trial and 50MB/ebook limit, unlike paid plans which support up to 150MB/ebook. Hosted Ebooks without a paid plan get deleted at the end of the 30 days.

- User Access Control,
- Management of promo codes,
- Customization of email templates, and
- User self-registration.
Each Cloud Ebook plan supports up to 1000 users (readers), with optional upgrading (see the next section).

User Upgrades
Users in your Cloud Ebook are interchangeable. This means if you delete a user from your Cloud Ebook, you can still add another one in his place without consuming an additional user count. Still, if needed, you may upgrade the number of users supported by your Cloud Ebook. Users may be upgraded in increments of 1000. The more users, the smaller the upgrade fee is. In the following table, pricing is categorized according to 3 tiers: less than 10,000 users, between 10,000 and 100,000 users, and more than 100,000 users.

Kotobee free licenses come with a 30-day free trial. Cloud Ebooks without a paid plan support only 10 users, and are deleted at the end of the 30 days.
