Learn how to resolve possible issues faced when switching to older versions of Kotobee Author.

You can access any older (or newer) version of Kotobee Author from https://www.kotobee.com/products/author/versions

Simply pick the version of preference, download and install it. 

If any of the older versions do not display correctly on the screen, follow those simple instructions. Note that this is applicable for Windows only:

  1. Go to your local folder: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Kotobee Author.
    Note: Replace YOUR USERNAME with your own username
  2. You will find a list of files and folders. Delete the folder named User Data.
  3. Open Kotobee Author.
